Front vented seat cushion fan replacement

I have a 2019 ram 1500 laramie 5th gen with vented front seats. The drivers side fan whines when its turned on as if the shaft is spinning but the impeller is not connected (can't confirm this is necessarily the issue). Looking to replace the fan but getting conflicting information about the part number. Also looking for any help or feedback from those who have replaced these before on instructions or the process. I tried looking under the seat but cant seem to see the fan.

Mines had the same issue since I got it and the dealer was never able to “replicate” the problem. I’m interested to see what you figure out.
