Thanks in advance for the help.

I have a 2020 1500 with a 6" lift
50k miles
I've been hearing a weird popping noise while turning and you can feel it in the floor boards. It also makes other weird noises that are hard to describe.
In the last month I've put new,
Upper and lower ball joints and control arms
Tie rod ends
Sway bar links
Front struts
None of them solved the problem.

I researched the forum and im finding alot of people having the same issues and it turned out to be body mounts.
I checked all of mine and all of them appear to be fine.

Here's a link to a video of it.

Any input would be helpful, I've already had it at my local dealership and they have no clue how to do their job.

Thanks

Not to be funny,,, but seriously, check the jack under the passenger seat. Make sure it is tight and not shifting around.
Then we’ll talk.

At this point I'll try anything, I'll check that tonight when I get home and follow up with you. Thank you for the input

You may have already tried this, but try disconnecting the sway bar, then drive the route where you hear the noise. Did the noise go away? Found this to be the case with mine, but also no resolution on mine.

Grab the cv shaft closest to the differential and wiggle is. Does it have a lot of play? Up/down… in and out..
I did check both shafts theres very minimal play. The dealer replaced both shaft last October under warranty.. its mind boggling. It only makes the noises while applying the breaks and turning. The video i attached was in my garage not moving just turning the steering wheel while applying the breaks

The noise is weird. Have someone turn it for you while you crawl under and investigate closer.

I checked it, it wasn't lose at all. I removed it from the truck and the noises are still there

I haven't tried that, I will disconnect it and see what happens.
