front axle actuator torque spec

4x4 was giving me service 4x4 message.
Went to the dealer today and had it flashed, found front axle actuator is bad.
Need the torque spec for the actuator and the steering rack if anyone has them available.
actuator housing is plastic so want to make sure the spec is correct.
anyone has the spec would be greatly appreciated.

Why didn't you just ask the dealer while you were there?

Well I haven't picked up the truck yet, but as the truck is out of warranty, 72,000mls i am replacing it myself with aftermarket. I will try there in the morning.
