Is there anyway to update the Maps without purchasing from Uconnect? I was able to in my 4th Gen, but they're saying that I have to pay now.

Not with Uconnect4. Starting with the 2022 models (and Uconnect5), it's a free download.

What year is your truck? It's not listed in your signature.
