New member here. I have been doing alot of research about leveling my truck. It seems the spacers ruin the ride quality, especially off-road. I don't want that and I don't want to lose suspension travel. I was torn between the bds coilover kit and icon but then I discovered the fox 2.0 coilover. They are only around $450, much closer to what I would like to spend. I realize they don't compare to a 2.5 with resi but has anyone run the 2.0 and if so how did you like them?

What are your expectations out of the shocks? They are better than your traditional struts/shocks in the sense they are valved with a little more offroad in mind so they're firmer than stock but in good ways (Sportier on the street) and offer more control offroad compared to the standard shocks. You have to take them off the truck to adjust them and you also have to compress the coils to do so.
They're a little longer than 5100's in your application, (almost by 1") so i'd think you should be able to adjust them for 2.6" like 5100's prob a tad more, though i don't know the spring size/rates that Fox uses in the 2.0's

5100's 24-232203 specs: 22.08" extended, 16" compressed
Fox 2.0 COs 985-02-136 specs : 22.79" extended, 17.39" compressed

In comparison the standard travel Fox 2.5 883-06-165 is 23.28" extended 17.78" compressed
extended travel Fox 2.5 883-06-166 is 24.03 extended, 17.78 compressed.

Hope it helps.
