Found Wires near spare tire cable crank

Does anyone know what these wires might be in the picture? I am looking for potential third brake light wiring for bed cap. My 2014 had a pigtail but I am told my new 2019 2500 does not have the same pigtail for the third brake light. But looking around I found these wires above the spare tire near the crank handle. It looks like a small red with a white stripe, another small white with red stripe, and larger pink wire.

Disregard. I found the answer on YT: starting at the 1:00 minute mark. They are available on trucks with the optional auxiliary switch package. Battery Power, Ignition Power, and rear brake lights. WOOHOO!

Hello, does anyone know if the 12v wire can be activated with alfa obd2 if it currently doesn't have power? 2017 Ram 2500 tradesman, I do not have aux switches.
