Fog Lights Issue

I had my halogen fog lights changed to OEM LED fogs a couple months ago. I never really used them. Then the other day I installed DiodeDynamic LED low beam bulbs. Now my fogs come on for a few seconds and then turn off. Dash light indicator works but that's all. Could this be a canbus issue? Is there a setting I can change in alfaODB for LED fogs?

Dropped the truck off this morning at the dealer. They told me they had to do some reconfiguring to the trucks software. I'm pretty sure AlfaOBD has some check boxes for changing the lights to LED's.
