Brought new truck in to get front and rear dashcam installed at an A/V shop.
Install itself was mediocre. Placement of cams is questionable, considering I gave explicit instructions.
Besides a missing driver side trim panel down by the seatbelt which they denied knowledge of (but did replace),
I also found this broken tab.

Do any of you eagle eyed sleuths recognize this piece or the larger piece it attaches to?

Any and all help would be appreciated.
Outside of these issues, enjoying the 1500 so far.
Same buyer's remorse as everyone else, wish I grabbed a 2500 with a longer bed.

Thanks,

I don't recognize it either as I've not come across that kind of tab yet in my truck. Could it be from a dash panel?

Since you can't easily see/find the broken part I'm sure the shop will deny it.

I'd run your fingernail under the panels you think they might have removed to do the install and see if any edges pull up easily.
