Go under your truck and look.
It would remove the resonators on my truck, but some older versions appear to have resonators after where that would mount.

I would say yes, if you have 2 or 3 resonators, it should remove them all.

It removes the two rear resonators that people confuse for mufflers at the back that connect to the exhaust tips. Based on the length of the inlet tubing, it connects to the cat, which means it removes the resonator found on earlier 2019-2020 models that is just downstream of the cat.

Absolutely. I have the Flowmaster Outlaw as well, but only the muffler which was welded in. So I have all 3 of my original resonators, but it still sounds awesome, 60s muscle car awesome, so I can imagine the purpose built cat-back exhaust without the resonators you are looking at should sound even better.
