Floor Jack max height and recommendations

Apologies if this is a dumb question. A quick search did not yield any results. I’m buying a jack and stands to swap out my shocks. I would hate to get them home and find out they aren’t tall enough. Anyone who has a jack that worked, can you let me know your max jack height?

I would also welcome recommendations on brands\models that have worked well for floor jacks and stands.

My only suggestion is not to skimp on the Jackstands a few bucks is not worth your life
