After 20 years of wanting a truck and especially a Ram I finally got one. 2021 1500 crew cab as the family hauler. My inlaws have a small farm where it will see minor use and some dirt and rock trails.
Only down side is I REALLY wanted to Hydro Blue and one dealership screwed up and cost me getting a really nice Backcountry edition in Hydro Blue that had every feature I wanted in my price range. I settled for a Patriot Blue with chrome that I am happy with but will be adding some vinyl accents.
I'm coming from a 2015 Grand Cherokee and finding a few things annoying me with the Ram, all minor but it's just the way business is done now. The GC would hold the bluetooth setting on the radio, the Ram I have to manually switch to it every time. In 6 years they forgot how to make that work? Nah, they just figured out how to charge money for features.
Hardest choice right now is to get a bed cover or a cap for it. I can make an argument for and against each.
