Factory fender flares will work. Most aftermarket ones require you to remove them.

I've got a 2023 Laramie I got some after market flares yesterday that I'm not 100% sold on. My local body shop has some OEM flares for a Longhorn coming and we are going to see if it works to screw in the underside and remove the clips that face the box and see if 2 sided tape will work to secure them since the 23 laramie is not drilled for them on the box face.

I also installed Mopar OEM fender flares.
I had to remove the clips from the OEM fender tabs and put 3M tape on the tabs, after I honed it down and smoothed it off with a dremmel tool with a sanding head.
Since I do not have the factory holes in my panels.
