So everyday I start my truck it starts fine then the A/C cycles the RPM drops slightly because of the load of the compressor then the fast idle hunts up and down for a few seconds. Remote start your truck with the crappy HVAC on Auto and listen, you will figure it out. Better yet, reprogram the HVAC too.
I thought I wold pass that along to your engineers since you missed that when you programmed the PCM. Nothing like being the test dummys for the manufacurers, people have to fix their own creaks, squeaks and drivability issues.
