Favorites?

I had some trouble finding where the favorites button was on the radio and it seems it does not save your favorite song like my old system. Is notify now the new favorites button and what is favorites now? I can't find it in the manual at all.

Favorites are hit&miss on the 8.4nav. I find that when using remote start, favorites do not work. When starting from in the truck with the start button, favorites often show up, as does the notification.

Some with higher trim levels have stated it can also be a memory issue if using that feature and you've not re-saved after making changes.
