Favorite thing sports teams showing any data?

Now that football season has started In my favorites, none of my sports teams show any data. The gas stations , movie theatre work, just no sports teams or scores. My old 13’ worked great, gave you alerts and scoring updates.

Does any others have issues or are theirs working fine?

Anyone else having this trouble? My 2016 Limited Ecodiesel gave me updates on scores, allowed me to tune directly to the game with a pop up alert. New truck gives me nothing despite storing all of my teams as favorites. Support from Ram and Sirius has been completely unhelpful at this point.

Anyone find any resolution to this? I have a 2019 2500 with 12” screen with the same issue, no data for sports / favorite teams not working.
