Factory trailer brake ... install?

The trailer brake is only used/needed for trailers with brakes, so it depends on what you will tow. It may have some value on resale (more desirable) but I doubt you would recoup the dollar outlay. You can do an after market and save some $$ but it will not show up in your display.
