Factory Service Manual Set

Has anyone purchased the Factory Service Manuals for the 5th Gen Ram 1500...I have always tried to get this for any vehicle I have owned but I don't see it available from Ram. Can someone point me in the right direction? Thanks

Pretty sure a paper manual is not available.
I subscribe to Alldatadiy, it is in essence the factory manual but on-line.
