Factory bed lighting

Wondering if the wiring for the factory bed lighting if placed into trucks that don't have the bed lighting option. I ordered my truck without that option with the intention of adding my own lighting like I did in my 4th Gen. would make life a lot easier if I could just use the factory wiring with my own lights.
