Exterior Rear Bumper Hole

I have Ram 2019 2500 and had to replace back bump purchased a bump from Ebay for 2019 thru 2023 Ram 2500 or 3500 the bump came with a extra rectangular hole and there is wiring for something. Does anyone know what this for? See attachment
