Extended warranty worth it for 2021 Ecodiesel? If so how much coverage?

Just bought a used ram 2021 limited ecodiesel. Never owned a ram before but are the extended warranties worth it? If so, how much warranty should I do with it? I’m a stay at home dad and generally only travel 10k miles a year, but I bought this to tow a camper, so it may be an added 5k miles.

Thoughts please?

Extended warranty saved me $2500 just outside of the bumper to bumper warranty earlier this year. Def level sensor went bad and the entire tank had to be replaced to fix it.

Upgraded to a 2022 a couple weeks back and bought the warranty again. Well worth it I think if you can get a good discount, in the US there are lots of options. Don’t buy anything other than a mopar warranty tho.
