I have a 2020 Ram 1500 Big Horn. The eTorque died and it has been at the dealer for the past month waiting for a new unit to come in. It came in last week and I finally got my truck back. Today, I was putting things back in the truck (since I didn't want to leave much in there while it sat at the dealer) and I noticed exposed carpet at the top of the rear seats. This looks unfinished and I never noticed this before. Can anyone provide info whether this is normal (and I simply overlooked it before) or if the dealer had to get back there for something and either left a trim piece off or didn't put something back the way it should have been? Thanks!

I’m guessing it shouldn’t have been left like that? Is it relatively easy to get back there (something I should fix myself) or should I get it back to the dealer and have them put it back together correctly?
