Exhaust question

Sorry first ever truck ram 1500 2019 limited when running am I supposed to have water and air coming out of here ? Also no nuts on the bolts? Could this be effecting my gas mileage ?

Need more info. Where is that connection? And are there threads cut into that flange? It might not need a nut.

Generally, nothing should come out. But if that's after the rear O2 sensor, it doesn't matter. It'll just be louder than it should be, and probably not by much. There will always be some moisture in the exhaust. Water vapor is one of the products of combustion.

Won’t effect my gas mileage and I posted another picture don’t know if it helps it’s under the passenger back door
