exhaust leak

I have leak at this clamp.
Is this covered under powertrain 60k warranty Or any idea what is best way to fix it (maybe new clam with do the job)

Is that one of the hanger clamps? Don't weld it, because then you must cut it to fix or replace. Just get a new clamp.
