Exhaust header crack - me too

Count me in as one of those that has a ******* exhaust header with just 31,000 miles and most of those are highway (couple of cross country trips).

They finally have the parts - only took a month.

Now to drop it off for 2 days or so.

IIRC the most common is close to the rear banks but it can happen anywhere on the manifold.

When I start my truck up in the garage it is noticeably louder than it used to be. Is this covered under the 60k powertrain warranty?
