Etorque on/off button

Hey guys i recently purchased a 2019 1500 with the etorque engine. I was wondering what would happen if i keep shutting off the on/off engine button. I usually use it when I'm. Stuck in the freeway in LA while visiting family When im home in Bakersfield i turn it off. Am i hurting the engine by turning it off 90% of the time?

It’s just a normal Hemi with the start/stop disabled. It shouldn’t hurt anything but fuel economy.
