I'm trying to identify where this noise is coming from. I think that it's the pulley that is on the MGU, but I'm not positive. Posting here with sound to see if anyone can identify it from the noise alone. Or if not, how can I figure out where the noise is coming from. I know mechanics have a tool for identifying it, but my ears aren't letting me pinpoint it exactly. I've had my mechanical and hydraulic tensioners replaced, and would rather not replace the whole MGU if just the bearing can be replaced. Thanks for the assistance in advance! Here is the video:

Failing bearing in the MGU. It's a common failure point. Some people have been able to replace the bearing. Search the forum for more threads about this issue. I would stop driving the truck or you will be stranded when it totally fails.

Loosen the belt and spin the pullies/tensors, and the MGU pulley. You will be able to tell by the rough/grinding feel. That should tell you if it is bearing failure and which one.

Much appreciated. I found a great writeup on here for replacing it and also a nice youtube tutorial. The bearing is on order. I'll report back on how difficult the replacement was. Doesn't seem too bad other than splitting the MGU.

Sounds good, hope that takes care of the issue. You might include a link to the write-up you found for anyone else who may have to do this. Things tend to get buried over time here.

Follow up for anyone looking for info. Here are the 2 resources I used were the writeup found here forum post (author spread the instructions across multiple comments) and this youtube video. Please note that there are 6 bolts holding the MGU to the engine. The writeup only mentions 5 and I ended up breaking the aluminum bracket below the MGU by taking out 5, thinking it was stuck and prying it out. Luckily, I have a friend who welds aluminum and he fixed it for me. I only replaced the rear bearing as it was obviously bad. For 3 hours of work (and stress of fixing the bracket) and $23, I was able to solve my issue.
