etorque mgu noise identification

I'm trying to identify where this noise is coming from. I think that it's the pulley that is on the MGU, but I'm not positive. Posting here with sound to see if anyone can identify it from the noise alone. Or if not, how can I figure out where the noise is coming from. I know mechanics have a tool for identifying it, but my ears aren't letting me pinpoint it exactly. I've had my mechanical and hydraulic tensioners replaced, and would rather not replace the whole MGU if just the bearing can be replaced. Thanks for the assistance in advance! Here is the video:
