Just bought 19 Bighorn last night. Coming home dash went black. Today error code 20 and no radio or screen menu. Any ideas? Bought from a dealer. 30k miles. Chrysler certified

Error code 20 indicates an over the air software update failure...if under warranty take to dealer.
