I really need an engine bay detail from all the offroading I've been doing. I was wondering if the water will mess up the etorque?

Engine bays can get wet driving in rainstorms. So I don't figure just water will mess up anything. High pressure or steam will with all the electrical components/connections that can corrode. I'd find a good off-roader forum and do some research from the guys that make a mess of things regularly.

My previous truck had recessed knock sensors that would flood and short if too much water was applied. I’d follow the advice @Jus Cruisin gave above: research first (as you’re doing here)! If you need to spray it down, use a fine mist.

Spray foamy enginebrite on a cold engine. Let it work for a few minutes then Hose off. Don’t need a pressure washer just a garden hose with a spray attachment. When finished start it up to let it warm up and dry off.
