Heya everyone,
I have a 2019 Dodge Ram 1500 Limited 5.7 Hemi eTorque.
I got my PCM flashed a couple days ago, ever since then my truck has been going crazy with electrical issues.
Every 45 minutes or so a traction control error pops up on the dash, if i keep driving with the error for another 2-5 minutes everything shuts off and after a couple minutes more the dashcomes on and shows NO BUS.
During that time i also can't turn the engine or igniton off, nothing works. Screen dead, no indicators, no wipers etc. Sometimes the engine also shuts off while its in that state.
It usually takes 5-10 minutes and everything is back to normal again. For another 45 minutes or so.
The only thing that got changed on the PCM were some DTC offs. It's now been returned to an unpatched and unmodified state, so it's completely original again.
From the codes it looks like the BCM completely looses connection to all control modules. Everything only throws codes after the BCM dies.
I've tried to troubleshoot the issue together with my tuner, but to no result so far.
Could it be that the BCM somehow got damaged while unplugging the PCM?
All the errors are in the attach pictures.
Just noticed that the BCM error is cut off:
U1514-87 Engine Controller Secret code - Missing message
I have read that this error might be caused by pedal boxes etc. I don't have any pedal boxes or other aftermarket units that hook into the canbus.
