Electrical issue. Won’t start

My 2020 1500 Big Horn wouldn’t turn off yesterday, I finally had to disconnect battery. I replaced the battery and it still won’t start. Brake is stiff and says ACC on push button. Any ideas?

You might have to mash the brake pedal down really hard to get past the start safety switch.
