I was hardwiring a dash cam today and when I turned the truck back on, my wipers wouldn't stop, the turn signals don't work, and I got alerts about my stability control and 4WD needed serviced. I also noticed my toggle switches for my parking sensors and stability control were not lit up, which I assume means they aren't getting power. I took the dash cam back off and put everything back the way it was and same thing. All I did was plug the dash cam into the fuse slots. I unplugged the battery to reset the system and still have the same issues. Any ideas?

Once you disconnect the battery, it can take over 4 to 8 hours to get the system back to normal. Just let it sit, it'll work itself out.
