Hi, I have a 2020 BTS edition with the etorque hemi engine. My previous 2012 Ram would flash “Eco” in the cluster when the MDS kicked in. I’ve got almost 4K miles and have never seen that on the 2020. My brother just got a 2021 Rebel without the etorque and his displays when the MDS kicks in. I had the truck in for some warranty work (windshield wiper hose replacement and exhaust tip missing two bolts and hanging a little low, both known issues). Should I be seeing that with my truck? The service person at the dealership didn’t know and said that the service technician probably didn’t test that when driving. Thx!

Same truck here, You will have to enable the eco light in the U-connect settings. It is disabled by default.

Yeah...I don't know why it wasn't enabled in the first place...but you can feel it kick in.
