As is my habit, I just purchased a high miles late model truck for the right price. This time a 2020 Ram 1500 Limited with 120K miles. love the RAM Box! I felt safe buying a clean high miles truck from a reputable RAM dealer without a warranty (due to miles)
The Question:
I spent the day after I purchased it putting all my stuff in it and probably wore the battery down a bit. when I started it up the next day the E-torque thing had a sound, similar to a really bad idler bearing, that came and went all the time like it may have been cycling with the voltage regulator. I immediately went back to the dealer and they said " It doesn't seem to be making noise now" Would you like to schedule an appointment ?$?
At that point I found your forum and read that I was not alone.
Have you guys reached a conclusion to the matter?
