E torque making a whining noise!!

So took the truck to the dealer because I’m hearing a whining noise coming from the etorque box! Dealer is telling me it’s the tensioner pulley not the etorque!?! Anyone else having this issue!?! Oh and my warranty conveniently ran out 2 weeks prior so they want 800 bucks to replace the pulley!

I have seen many people state the MGU making noise that turned out to be the idler pulley, so it is possible. If you aren't mechanically inclined, and can't do yourself, I would look for an independent shop to save money.
