DPF Filter

I received the p2459 code the other day on my 2001 Ram 3500, I usually run it in the city currently. I put some cleaner in tank and ran about 30 miles on Interstate the DPF showed 0 on gauge but engine light still on. This was the only code showing so deleted it with the code sensor. This morning went 250 miles interstate and this is what is showing now. My concern is that I’m going to Colorado Springs next week from TN with our 5 th wheel should I be concerned?

You probably want to try the hdrams site as this place is for the 1500s. Also 2001s don't have any emissions so you probably meant 2021.
