Hi, new to the site.

I found several great threads with very accurate info here, with some of the most accurate and proper answers, so I register to follow and share since I just got a 2019 Ram 3500 dually for DD/Work horse and plan to keep it for as long as it goes (20+ years hopefully)

My research so far indicates the need of resetting the pressure differential value so it can regen, so far i have 45 miles left before limping mode.

My dealer wants a leg and a kidney for just scanning, just imagine they quote me $520 for changing the crankcase filter, so of course i wont go that route, all other local diesel mech just want to delete the truck (i don't want that either, specially since I believe nothing is wrong with the system).

I have a BAFX products OBDII and torque Pro.

Hoping for some guidance within this forum. thank you.

As i said, i am new to the site, could yo be more specific about it? i though i was posting in a 5th gen diesel forum.

This is the 5th Gen Ram site. It's for 1500 owners. If you had an Ecodiesel you'd be in the right place.

There is no 5th Gen Heavy Duty RAM truck. Those using the term are incorrect and misleading. We consider the current platform 4.5 Gen as the cab hasn't changed since 2010 though there were significant frame and styling changes made since.

Our sister site HDRAMS.COM is where you will find all the HD and Cummins owners.

You're not finding any significant "research" regarding Cummins on this site. You need to head on over to the forums at HDRAMS.COM or perhaps check out cumminsforum.com

Thank you for the clarification, I actually own also a 2016 EcoDiesel, in fact, i bought my 3500 because i am very satisfied with the EcoDiesel Ram. Although I don't have issues with my EcoDiesel ram but i am happy to know there is a site dedicated to it that i can be part off.
