Dominator D6 or Westin HDX drop steps??

Trying to decide between the two. I like the low profile of the D6’s but interested in switching up the look completely and the drop steps are pretty interesting.

Does anyone have a pic of the HDX drop steps on a black appearance package build?

I’m just not sure if they’re too much of an off-road look.

First of all, your truck looks fantastic! Nice work!

Secondly, I’m curious if these steps stick out far enough off the truck to save from door dings. I had a set of nerf bars on my previous truck and they took out a few doors in their day... never received a door ding in 190k miles of ownership. I can’t tell if these offer similar protection.
