I was installing tow hooks in the front of my truck and had to remove this bolt. As i was removing it, part of the bolt broke in the thread pattern. It was on a 2022 ram 1500. thanks in advance

That's the bolt that holds the body to the frame.
 
Thank you. Is that the only bolt that hold it together? I ask because Im trying to figure out if I can operate the truck still without getting the bolt extracted and rethreaded.

It's just the front bolt, there are several others.
 
Ok thank you. In your opinion, I would assume it would be ok to operate the truck without it then?

Yes, you can drive it. As far as fix, you'd have to remove the other body mount bolts to lift it off the frame to get access to where it broke
