Does anyone have firmware update files?

Recently started having the "Device not supported" bug which pointed me to a TSB that states that the system needs to be updated to at least 39.9. I am currently on JR-34.32. I have the 8.4" with NAV, USA model. If anyone has a list of firmware that would be awesome.

You should be able to connect to your wifi to get over the air updates if the radio is original to the vehicle. If you upgraded then you can download updates from Uconnect themselves or from who you purchased the radio from. That's assuming they have a UC5 radio, which it sounds like they don't based on the current application.

I doubt s firmware update is going to solve your issue. Most of the time, when people have that error, it ends up being a bad USB hub. And it's actually an application version update, not firmware

I have UCONNECT_UAQ_8.4_QR40.1_MY18-21 found it on the Pacifica forum. ill try to get the link. the only question i have is, I have the nav 8.4, does that have different firmware? on https://static.nhtsa.gov/odi/tsbs/2023/MC-10242779-9999.pdf it states all 8.4 use QR40.1

All 8.4s are on 40.1 just the upgrade needs to match where the vehicle came from and region. As long as the upgrade you found is correct for your unit then it will work.

there are a few of us who have the 8.4 files. the update process is identical to the 12
