You should probably join the HD RAM forum, this one is for the 1500s
Red is Trailer disconnect or Brake malfunction.
30 ft is the BSM trailer length detected
1st check is your trailer umbilical, if 7-pin it MUST be the new style.
2nd probability is you have a short or open in your trailer brake wiring or a bad magnet if electric drum (most likely type).
old style (problematic)
