Do I need a sway bar?

Ok Little update.
My TT is parked on the grass next to my driveway on 2x12 planks and is level.
I backed the truck up to under the hitch at a jackknifed position and took measurements at the wheel wells and rear bumper.
Now the truck is not level and probably sits maybe 2 inches below the grass.
After hooking up the TT I measured again.
Bumper at the hitch dropped 2.5 inches
Rear wells 1.5 inches and the front raised .5
Now the camper has levelmate and it indicated the front was 9.5 inches low.
My hitch has an adjustable shank and is at the top hole so Im gonna have to unscrew that and flip it around.to raise the ball 6 inches and check again in a level parking lot.
Can't believe the ball will be raised instead of a drop

After you get it hitched, tow to a nearby parking lot and check again. Lawns are not even.

That's the plan. The levelmate in the trailer indicates the left to right is only off by 1/2 inch as it sits.
I do have to raise the jack a bit to level front to back.
Measuring the trailer front and back to the ground is about 4 inches difference so i'm going to leave the ball where its at until I can get to a level parking lot.
Where I live it can be very dangerous just pulling out or backing in my driveway. I've been hit before and numerous close calls.

The good thing is our first trip is 5 weeks away for 2 weeks and the GF already has about a months worth food in there along with
Everything else but the kitchen sink.
Just our clothes and whatever she throws in the fridge so the weight isn't going to go up much.
