Dissconected battery and now needs anti theft code

I dissconnected the battery something i was doing to the truck so got done and then hooked up the battery and now it wanted a anti theft code for the radio just wondering if i need to go to the dealer or can i get it myself?

happened to me, eventually came back with features missing, went to dealer for a reflash but I had since heard that the missing features would have come back on their own over a period of hours.

He has another problem... His truck activated the anti-theft feature and it's now requesting a pin-code to allow him to continue using the radio.

Yes, that exact thing happened to me, but after cycling the truck off/on a couple of times the PIN message went away and the radio came on with missing features which people say will eventually come back. I didnt wait, I went to the dealer for a flash.

My batteries died on my 2019 ram 3500 with 12" 4c uconnect radio. I swapped out both batteries, anti theft came on asking for a code. I took it to my local ram dealership but they said they couldn't help me. I think I just need to go to a different dealership because mine is full of lazy people who just like to squeeze every dollar they can
