I know ALL cluster plastics are incredibly fragile and scratch if you look at them the wrong way but does anyone here have any good tips on how to remove these swirls? I was going to buy PlastX but heard some negative things about it. Also, the bottle itself says not to use on LCD/Navigation screens. Not sure if the digital cluster falls under the “navigation screen.”

Uhhh, isn't the cluster behind that piece of plexiglass?
The reason why you cna't use some sprays on screens vs plastic is becuase of the way the chemichs contact.
Using a plastic cleaner on plastic will not cause problems with the screen behind it.

I use this stuff on all my screens.
Computer monitors, TVs, laptop panels.
I'm sure it would work on touch screens too.

Make sure to use a soft microfiber cloth
I use these for delicate stuff, buy 80\20 is generally fine to clean the screens and then finish with a softer cloth to leak no streaks.

Using 1 of those cloths with some regular cleaner on the plastic might work. Maybe test the cleaners on another plastic like that, not sure I would use PlastX, it might cause more damage then good and you can't really attempt to polish it out in such a small cramped area.
