Just got my 2022 ram rebel and have noticed a few differences/refinements between the two, and I’m wondering if I missed any.

First was that it now come with the forward collision warning? The truck was built as close to the old one so I must be a standard option now.

Second was the the trailer hitch was standard and no longer an additional $495 Canadian. This wasn’t really clear when ordering, so my sales guy and I were thinking I might have to install one after the fact.

Third I might be wrong, but the rear roof mounted speakers seem to be angled forward quite a bit more than in the 2020.

Fourth was the led lights located in the tailgate release handle, these work awesome for lighting up the back of the truck and help a ton with nighttime backup camera visibility.

The third brake light seal seems more substantial that the thin foam gasket on the 2020, time will tell if I get any leaks with this truck tho.

The uconnect 5 system is pretty nice, and I haven’t had any issues yet ( it’s only been two days and under 100km so far tho.) I use apple carplay and the full screen option is really nice.

Overall the truck seems more responsive, or the throttle pedal has less resistance as I keep catching myself spinning the tires when I first accelerate on gravel.

I haven’t had much time with the new truck, so I’m sure there are a few things I’ve missed.
