This is my first thread on this forum, so I'll try and make it count. I installed a Diamondback SE cover on my 2019 RAM 1500 Limited.
I snapped a bunch of pictures to share with anyone else who might be interested in this product.

A liftback delivery truck dropped off this pallet of parts. The bottom box contains all three panels that make up the tonneau cover.
The top box is Diamondback's "drop in" storage bin.

Here's what's in the box. Two large panels and the center pivot/hinge panel and a box of fasteners and gas struts.
23222

The instructions are in here. Very simple stuff.
23223

I got the front panel installed and checked the gap to the cab. As you can see, the truck bed has a slight curve in it. So you want to make sure that the weather-striping seal on the front panel is fully seated on the bed of the truck.
23224

Next I aligned the panels to the sides of the truck. Looking for equal distance from tailgate to the cab.
23225
Here's a shot of the front panel opened up.
23226

...and a shot of the truck with both panels opened. Plenty of room for getting what you need out of the bed.
23227

The truck is absolutely filthy right now. (it's a truck after all) Here's what the Diamonback SE cover looks like installed.
Overall, I think I spent two hours putting it on by myself. It would have gone quicker with a little help.
I spent most of the time adjusting the locking rods to get a good weatherproof seal all around the cover.

Now that I was happy with the installation of the cover it was time to drop the storage bin. ( LINK )
The bin has two shallow bins closest to the side of the beds and a deeper/wider storage are in the middle.
23238

Like an idiot, I dropped the bin in backwards on the first try. Note that the "notches" are supposed towards the cab, not facing the tailgate.
The notches are cut out so that locking rods can engage. I suppose reading the directions might have helped me here. 23239

The bins are just 13" deep. So there's plenty of room to slide lumber and smaller cargo underneath the storage bin.
23240

With the storage bin in the CORRECT position - notches forward - I've snugged it up to forwardmost part of the cab.
I popped the front cover panel back on and reconnected the gas struts; job done.

Very nice write up. I was going to get one but they want close to 3 grand for them up here in Canada so I went with a Bakflip MX4 for $1150.
I see the cover doesn't quite cover the rear stake pockets, maybe get some of those. I got some for mine off of ebay, very happy with them.

They are sweet! Are you able to open/close your tailgate without releasing the lock on the rear panel? Just got mine installed yesterday and I’m hoping the weather stripping is just tight and needs to break in.

Not yet. I intentionally made the cover snug so that I’d guarantee a watertight seal. So I do have to open the latch to drop the gate

I installed the DiamondBack HD cover on my Rebel and it is an amazing product. This puts to shame every other bed cover I have owned. It went on smoothly and is VERY well built. No leaks. Well worth every penny.

I've found it to be an amazing cover, too. Do make sure you check the clamps after the first 50-100 miles, as they will definitely loosen up. After I re-tightened them that first time, they seem to be holding. If they loosen up again, I'm going to use some loctite on them.
