Has anyone purchased one yet? How do you like it?

One of my guys swears by the one he’s had on his Super Duty for years.

My brother has the HD on his Chevy 2500 and loves it. He has had no issues with it and is opening and closing it all day long to get tools out of the truck. He also puts a quad on the back of it a couple a times a year. He had them customize the headache rack for him. If you live in the PA area they do the NRA Great American Outdoor Show in Harrisburg and offer show specials on pricing.

Thanks guys, I ordered the black SE version with a 8” Cross bin.

I will post some pics when I get it.

After ordering, it took 2 weeks to receive. Very well made cover!

Looks very nice. I was going to get one but they wanted $2500+ for it up here in Canada plus closes dealer was 3 hours away so I went with a Bakflip MX4 for $1000.

Here are a few.

Is it aesthetically pleasing when the doors are closed?

In some installations, it looked like they clamped down the center section too much, squishing the weather stripping way flatter than it is under the doors... to the point of making the doors look ****-eyed.

I think no matter how much you tighten the center section seal will look thinner. The center piece sits lower, the doors rest on top of the center section. I adjusted the doors to be level with the center.

I am looking at them as well. A possible addition to my future Rebel.

I've just ordered one of these for my Limited!

I just finished the installation of my Diamondback SE cover and I'm very happy with the results.
I posted a thread with lots of pix HERE

I ordered the HD on 4/15 from AutoAnything, and while it was originally scheduled to ship between 4/23 and 4/25, they've updated that to May 9. Not a fan of that delay, and if they delay further, I'll cancel and order directly from Diamondback, but I'm definitely eager to get it in hand and installed.

I just installed mine and I was wondering if you were able to open and close your tailgate at first without opening the back panel? I’m hoping the weatherstripping just needs to break in per the manual but wanted to see what your experience was.

Love it

Had some weather stripping from my other trucks crap cover. Used it to hit the corners. Tail gate will open with key fob or inside cab but will not drop unless you have the rear cover open.

I had a Diamondback for 10 years on my last truck and loved it. I decided to go with a Decked and a cap this time around, which I am also loving. If tonneau is your thing, Diamondback is awesome.

I can manually lower and raise the tailgate with the back panel closed. You may need to loosen the locking assembly a little if you can not open or close tailgate.
