I have a 2019 3500 mega cab and I can stop the " device not supported " from coming up on my screen even if the is nothing connected! It's driving me nuts. Can anyone help with this? I have deleted everything and reinstalled but to no avail.
Thanks

Don't have a clue, but can add I've had that message pop up on my 12" display (with a warranty replacement radio) a few times too. Lucky for me, it clears on it's own, I don't even know what device isn't supported.

Mine just started doing this the other day. It pops up, but still connects my phone. So annoying.

I may have figured this error message out.... With my 12" display/enertainment system, I have two USB ports. On my selected inputs I have (AM, FM, XM, CD, USB1). During a 4 hour road trip 'Device not supported' started popping up again, after a few times I noticed the USB1 display icon was grey tone, and not activiting my jump drive. Removed /Replaced it a few times - no change, Swapped jump drive to USB2, and playlist worked just fine. SO, check your slections, see if there is something similar going on. Looks like a trip back to the dealer for radio #3.
