I have a 2019 Ram eco diesel. I see there have been others who have had this trouble with getting a warning the device is not recognized. I saw posts related to media hub. I bought one and replaced mine. It made no difference. Anyone have this experience? If so, what action did you take. I live in Billings, Mt. Lithe ran. Its the Ram dealership. All experiences there have been sour so I’d like to find an alternative.

If you're talking about a USB stick not being recognized, check your formatting. It needs to be formatted as fat32.
