Dee Zee Talgate Assist

Just wondering if anyone has installed the Dee zee tailgate assist on there 5th gen.
I just finished installing mine and it doesnt let the tailgate down all the way and I wanted to see if anyone else had the same issue

I'd return it if you can and get the Mopar accessory that does the same thing. It mounts behind the driver's tail light and gives you factory functionality.

I thought they all came with the easy open tailgate? Mines has the factory tailgate assist.

Put your truck details in signature. This varies by trim I believe.

I had it on my 4th gen and it worked great. But on the 5th gen get the Mopar one! There are tabs already built in behind the tail light for it. 5min install.
